This item contains the unique record of an exhaustive transcript of baptismal and marriage records presented by Doña Maria de Vivero in support of her claim to the Montezuma estates of Fuensaldaña and San Juan. Several heirs perpetuated lawsuits over these estates for a period of more than a hundred years. This evidence was filed on May 14, 1727; it contains 339 leaves of manuscript. Ornate title page.
